Good value for money
creative events helpful staff limited service payment requirements
The animation team provided MANY activities every day. Staff at the restaurants are very attentive and helpful. The entertainment every night involved everyone. The food was AMAZING!!! They know many different languages to make sure they can speak to you properly.
The natural juices require payment, not ideal. The ice creams are only served during very limited hours. This feels quite restricting. I think it could be improved. Other restaurants do not fall under the all-inclusive deal and require payment.

Reasonable stay with minor downsides
food selection multiple restaurants helpful staff unclean room blocked drainage unhygienic mattress
The food selection had variety, including multiple restaurants to choose from. The beach was close to my room. The staff ensured my comfort and there was even a doctor available onsite (I appreciated that).
My room wasn't very clean when I first arrived. The mattress felt unhygienic. The bathroom drainage was blocked and nobody fixed it , disappointing.

I observed the beach was only 100 meters from the room. The water was crystal-clear and the sand was soft. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. It offered a tranquil space.
I noticed the hotel seems to cater mainly to German guests. The staff primarily addresses you in German first. I found the waiters often prioritized serving German guests.
